Tipperary Natural Mineral Water has been refreshing Irish people for over 20 years. The Tipperary Natural Mineral Water Company was founded in 1986 by Patrick and Nicholas Cooney. One year later, in 1987, Tipperary Natural Mineral Water was the first Irish bottled water to qualify for the European Unions "Natural Mineral Water" Status and has since flourished into a major national brand. Tipperary Natural Mineral Water also exports around the world. From humble beginnings, Tipperary Natural Mineral Water is family owned and run, now part of the Gleeson Group, the company employs over 700 people around the country.

Tipperary Natural Mineral Water is filtered for over 50 years through the Gapped Mountain of Ely in County Tipperary and sourced at a depth of 300 feet. The Tipperary Natural Mineral Water source is located at Borrisoleigh, where the mountains form a large natural filter of unspoilt countryside; the source is covered in Devonian Sandstone, affording the highest degree of filtration & protection. Tipperary Natural Mineral Water is bottle at source, in fact the production facility is situation on top of the water source. This is one of the reasons why Tipperary Natural Mineral water has won 5 International Gold Medal for best tasting water in blind tastings.

In 2006, Tipperary Natural Mineral Water bottles were updated to modernise the brand but also remain true to the core values and provenance of the brand, making Tipperary Natural Mineral Water, the water that is naturally a part of you.

Product Range

Tipperary Natural Mineral Water offers a large selection of product sizes to meet all the Irish consumer’s needs. Available in 500ml, 750ml and 1 litre Sport Cap, along with 1.5 litre and 2 litre sizes for all the family. The Clearly Tipperary Range offers sparkling flavoured water in both 500ml and 2 litre bottles.

The 25cl and 75cl glass sizes are the natural choice for dining out or dining in. Focusing on premium outlets, Tipperary Natural Mineral Water is the water of choice of all of Ireland’s Michelin Star Restaurants.

Tipperary Natural Mineral Water has been delivering coolers to homes and offices throughout the country since 1989 and is the number one choice for coolers in Ireland today.

In 2003, Tipperary Natural Mineral Water created the innovative and award winning Tipperary Kidz product. Available all year round in single 250ml bottles and 10 packs, Tipperary Kidz is the number one choice for Irish lunchboxes. Since its launch, Tipperary Kidz has advertised on television and with its distinctive green and yellow bottle, Tipperary Kidz continues to lead the way in offering healthy lunchtime refreshment.
